Single Point Power Entrance

This large drive and heater control line up shows a single point power entrance. Shipping splits provided to allow shipping and ease of installation on factory floor. The far left door houses a 15” color HMI that provides all drive and temperature control set up for the line. We are using unique digital temperature controllers that are pictured on the far left cabinet at the bottom. These are providing all temperature control but are also connected to the PLC and all settings and display are passed through to the HMI. This allows for a very clean and sophisticated look for the system and eliminates a great deal of cost in door mounting individual temperature controllers.
